Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar (for caramel)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups fresh milk
  • 5 tbsp sugar (for pudding mix)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • A tiny pinch Rasa Padhama Cardamom Powder (adds a street-stall aroma)
  • Butter for greasing

Preparation Time

Adults Zone:

  • Heat sugar to make golden caramel.
  • Handle hot caramel safely and coat the pudding mould.
  • Warm the milk and whisk the egg mixture.
  • Guide and oversee the mixing steps.

Kuttys Zone:

  • Break eggs into a bowl (with supervision).
  • Add sugar and mix gently with a whisk.
  • Measure Rasa Padhama Cardamom Powder and vanilla essence.
  • Arrange ingredients beautifully for a photo moment.

Cooking Time

Adults Zone:

  • Pour the pudding mixture into the caramel-coated mould.
  • Steam on medium heat for 25–30 minutes.
  • Check doneness with a toothpick.
  • Carefully demould once cooled.

Kuttys Zone:

  • Help pour the mix into the mould (before heating).
  • Decorate the final pudding with sliced fruits or mint leaves.
